Thomas Frontini is a Canadian born artist raised in Kingston, Ontario of Italian and English descent. Thomas’ education in the arts began in art restoration and conservation in Florence Italy, on to receiving a Bachelors of Fine Arts at the Cleveland Institute of Art, and then receiving his Masters of Fine art from the Ohio State University.
After finishing his formal education, Thomas moved to New York City working as a studio artist and while working for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Thomas does draw a lot upon his ancestry and his exposure to Italian art as he develops each new body of work.
Thomas has had exhibitions throughout Canada, the United States, and Hong Kong and is a part of a large amount of various collections both private and corporate. He currently resides and works out of his home and studio in Cleveland, Ohio.
