Kubra UNSAC
Born in Uzundere, Erzurum, in 1967, Kübra Ünsaç began her artistic journey with training in styling and modeling within the field of fashion design. At Stil Moda Evi, which she established on Bağdat Avenue, she developed a strong design discipline focused on form, proportion, and aesthetic composition by creating collection designs for brands such as Sisley, Benetton, and Vakko. During the same period, her four-year classical Turkish music education at the Music Education Foundation—which included solfège, notation, and rhythm studies—deepened her understanding of mathematical structure and rhythmic thought in the auditory realm, a foundation that would prove decisive in her creative practice.
The artist, who is continuing his academic education in the field of traditional Turkish arts at the Department of Traditional Turkish Arts / Calligraphy at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University, has developed an interdisciplinary visual language through his studies in miniature painting, illumination, marbling, color theory, and foundational art education.
